Hampton Inn & Suites Buellton/Santa Ynez Valley

DO NOT STAY HERE! They allow smoking right up against the building and in the hallway it smell like smoke. People outside smoking it goes to the vents and into your room. The patio by the fire pits, people are allowed to smoke. Someone smoked all night. My room smell like cigarettes and no one did anything. Horrible just horrible, I called the front desk And the line just rang. I went to the front desk and I was told they were allowed to smoke outside by trash but they were in the patio by the fireplace. Horrible just horrible, the assistant manager was dismissive, the manager Rick didn’t even bother to come outside. Nothing was done. I will be contacting corporate.

My wife and I spent two nights at the hotel. We liked the hotel itself very much the breakfast that was provided was done very nicely and it was good food. We also went in the jacuzzi one night which was very nice and the back of the hotel that is kind of up against the mountain is very attracted. The one thing that we were not too thrilled about was the room. There were no drawers at all to put any clothing in and the closet was just a small closet.

First time at this beautiful hotel. I booked two rooms, one for me my wife and our daughter who is in a wheelchair, and other for my son and his friend. First, the hotel is in a beautiful and quiet location even though it close to the expressway. The decor is a classic and modern nice mix. The room was very very spacious as confortable for someone in a wheelchair. The mattress and pillows were awesome. The breakfast was very good with great variety everyday. The employees are nice and kind. The back of the hotel is in a nice foothill with a beautiful scenery, fire places, seating area and a nice pool and jacuzzi. There is enough parking as well. The location is perfect, close to a nice Italian Restaurant La Botte Bistro, as well as two excellent wineries we visited, Brick Barn winery and Sun Stone Wine Club, between many other we could not go. My daughter left her AirPods Pro and not only they found them but they sent them to our home in Florida. We loved our stay very much and we will definitely stay here every time go back to this area.

This is by far is the worst hotel in the area, the only reason I chose this hotel is because the Marriott only had king. Let me start by saying the walls and floor are paper thin, you will hear every conversation and every step and every noise, will not be able to sleep. The beds are rough and they have a liner that sounds like you are sleeping in carton, the pillows are lumpy and hard, and even though the breakfast is included ( and we should not be ungrateful) they ran out of coffee and food by 9:00 am…the Marriott is more expensive but if you are traveling and tired make the effort to go somewhere else. This hotel needs serious adjustments….stay away from this hotel….
